Electric Foreman

About the role

Eram Talent, a recruitment consultancy, is looking for an experienced Electric Foreman to supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects in Jubail. The foreman ensures work is completed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards, and needs strong leadership and communication skills together with a solid technical background in electrical systems and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects
• Manage a team of electricians and make sure their work complies with specifications, codes and regulations
• Plan work schedules, manpower and materials to meet project deadlines
• Ensure work is carried out safely according to safety standards and procedures
• Perform quality checks so that work meets the required standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare progress reports
• Coordinate with other teams and contractors and give technical guidance to team members

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment and measuring devices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP
