Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design, review and supervision of electrical systems for our real‑estate projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and international standards while optimizing cost and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve electrical design drawings, load calculations and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.
• Participate in value engineering to optimise cost without compromising quality.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Supervise on‑site electrical works including power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm and grounding systems.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project timelines.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical and architectural teams to avoid conflicts.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience in real‑estate projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, technical, math and science skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
