Electrical Engineer QAQC

About the role

The Electrical Engineer QAQC will ensure effective implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP) on site, guaranteeing compliance with client requirements and minimizing re‑work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct inspections at all project stages, obtain approvals and reduce time loss.
• Study and apply approved PQP, ITP, checklists, drawings, method statements, material/equipment approvals and technical specifications.
• Perform internal inspections before client/consultant visits and raise Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Inspection Requests (RFI/IR) as required.
• Supervise site activities to ensure use of approved drawings, materials and correct work sequences.
• Maintain traceable inspection records, coordinate external laboratory tests and issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) to engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor corrective actions, verify proper storage of equipment and materials, and report all results to the QA/QC head.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience in electrical QA/QC or construction inspection.
• Familiarity with PQP, ITP, inspection checklists and technical specifications.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and external laboratories.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills.
