Electrical Foreman - Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

Eram Talent, a workforce solutions provider working with clients in Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure, is looking for an Electrical Foreman based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The foreman oversees electrical teams on site, making sure tasks are carried out effectively and safely while keeping project timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electrical installations, maintenance and repairs in line with project plans and safety regulations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of electricians through each project phase.
• Carry out regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems.
• Coordinate electrical work with project managers and other trades during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections.
• Implement safety measures according to industry standards and company policy.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and carry out repairs quickly to minimise downtime.
• Ensure installations meet local and international standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of electrical work experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Valid electrical licence or certification.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes and safety practices.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Team leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-voltage installation experience is a plus; familiarity with maintenance management systems is an advantage.
