Electrical Maintenance Technician – Hydrogen Plant

About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will join the Operations & Maintenance team of NEOM Green Hydrogen Company's hydrogen production plant. Based in Neom, the role focuses on ensuring reliable electrical performance of critical plant equipment through predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of power substation equipment, motors, switchgear, UPS, VFDs and control systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans, manage spares inventory and update maintenance records in SAP.
• Support commissioning activities for new plant installations and upgrades.
• Respond rapidly to electrical breakdowns, diagnose faults, repair equipment and re‑commission to minimise production loss.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and technical experts to resolve complex issues and develop work scopes for overhauls.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work in accordance with EH&S standards.
• Proven ability to work independently on site and document activities accurately.
