Electrical Production Foreman, LVDB

About the role

The Electrical Production Foreman (LVDB) will lead the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment within Alfanar's manufacturing facilities. You will ensure that machines run efficiently, production targets are met and quality standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and monitoring of production equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Supervise setup, calibration and adjustment of machinery for each production run.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and system issues, minimizing downtime.
• Monitor production processes for safety, quality and efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach and allocate tasks to the production team, fostering a motivated work environment.
• Prepare periodic reports on production deviations, corrective actions and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage equipment reliability.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of safety and quality compliance in an industrial setting.
