Electrical Site Manager – 380kV Transmission Line

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the execution of 380kV overhead transmission line (OHTL) projects. You will be responsible for overall construction delivery, coordination with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), and ensuring compliance with all technical, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical construction activities for 380kV transmission line projects.
• Plan, monitor and control site execution, manpower, materials, equipment and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all works comply with SEC standards, approved drawings, specifications and project procedures.
• Supervise construction, installation and all related transmission line activities.
• Monitor project schedule, identify delays and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Review drawings, method statements, ITPs and technical documents before execution.
• Manage subcontractors to achieve productivity, quality, safety and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper closure of technical and construction issues.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 12‑15 years of experience in transmission line projects, including at least 5 years as a Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• Hands‑on experience with SEC projects and SEC construction standards.
• Proven experience delivering 380kV transmission line projects.
• Strong knowledge of TL execution techniques and SEC‑specific requirements.
