Electrical Site Manager – 380kV Transmission Lines

About the role

Lead and manage electrical construction activities for 380kV transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and execute site activities, including manpower, materials, equipment and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure all works comply with SEC standards, approved drawings, specifications and project procedures.
• Supervise construction, installation and all related transmission line activities.
• Monitor project schedule, identify delays and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Review drawings, method statements, ITPs and technical documents before execution.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, safety and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper closure of technical and construction issues.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Enforce HSE requirements and aim for zero‑incident project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
• 12–15 years of experience in transmission line projects, including 380kV TL.
• Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
• Hands‑on experience with SEC projects and SEC construction standards.
• Strong knowledge of transmission line execution techniques.
