About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as an Electrical Technician and help keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll work directly with guests and team members to ensure every stay is bright and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
Respond quickly to guest calls and internal work orders.
Perform repairs and routine maintenance across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and masonry systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address identified issues.
Document all inspections, repairs and any follow‑up actions.

Required profile

Passion for delivering hospitality experiences.

Ability to work with urgency and discipline.

Electrical system troubleshooting and repair.
