Electrical Technician

About the role

The Electrical Technician will ensure reliable operation of all electrical and control equipment within the manufacturing area. You will be responsible for troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced food production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system breakdowns promptly.
• Carry out corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance according to the Kanban system.
• Maintain equipment in basic condition and oversee overhauls of motors, switchgear and other components.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Food Defense and BRF sustainability policies.
• Report faults, generate maintenance notifications (M1, M2, M3) and manage spare parts inventory.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans for major troubleshooting cases using root‑cause analysis.
• Act as backup for the immediate supervisor and support team training.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial setting.
• Ability to work safely and follow all HSE and food‑safety procedures.
• Willingness to collaborate with OEMs and internal teams.
