Electronics & TV Technician – LCD & Home Appliances

About the role

The Electronics / TV / Home Appliances Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining LCD TVs and a range of small domestic appliances. The role combines hands‑on component‑level repairs, field service visits, software updates and direct customer interaction while adhering to manufacturer and company quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair LCD TVs at the component level, including backlight replacement and panel vertical line repairs using COF and laser bonding equipment.
• Troubleshoot and service Small Domestic Appliances such as coffee machines, robot vacuums, steam irons and other kitchen appliances.
• Perform on‑site installations, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs at customer locations.
• Apply software and firmware updates on TVs and other electronic products.
• Read and interpret service manuals, circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
• Use diagnostic tools and specialized repair equipment to identify faults.
• Identify, order and manage spare parts through the company’s service management system.
• Complete accurate service reports and update repair status in the system.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools and equipment, and follow health, safety and service procedures.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or Certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience repairing LCD TVs and consumer electronics at the component level.
• Proven experience with Small Domestic Appliances repair.
• Previous work in an authorized service centre or with recognised consumer‑electronics brands is preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel for field service.
