Elevator Technician (Full-time, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Elevator Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for keeping elevators operating safely and reliably through routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements on elevators.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, troubleshoot control‑system issues, and execute repairs to minimise downtime.
• Respond to service calls, conduct safety checks, and document all work in maintenance logs and service reports.
• Coordinate with building management and other contractors, adhering to local safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Strong experience in elevator maintenance, including preventive servicing and component replacement.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of mechanical and control‑system problems.
• Practical knowledge of elevators in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Solid understanding of electricity and basic electronics as applied to elevator systems.
• Vocational/technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or elevator technology (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with safety standards and strict adherence to PPE requirements.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer documentation.
• Physical capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift tools/components.
