Embedded Firmware Engineer – STM32 & ARM Platforms

About the role

We are seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer to develop and maintain firmware for STM32 microcontrollers and ARM‑based platforms. The position involves working on both low‑level MCU code and higher‑end SoCs such as Jetson, MediaTek or Snapdragon to support autonomous and industrial automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, debug and maintain embedded firmware for STM32 and ARM Cortex‑M/A devices.
• Perform board and peripheral bring‑up, including low‑level driver development.
• Develop firmware for communication, control, sensing and real‑time applications.
• Integrate firmware with embedded Linux, device drivers, bootloaders and BSPs when required.
• Interface firmware with hardware, sensors, motor controllers and companion computers.
• Support product validation, testing, troubleshooting and production release.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, debug logs and test reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in embedded firmware or systems development.
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and deep knowledge of STM32 series and ARM Cortex‑M/A architectures.
• Experience with FreeRTOS or other real‑time operating systems.
• Solid understanding of peripherals such as GPIO, ADC, DAC, timers, PWM, interrupts, DMA, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN/CAN‑FD, USB, Ethernet, RS485, watchdogs and boot flows.
• Hands‑on experience with embedded Linux, device drivers, bootloaders and BSP integration.
• Proficiency with Git and code‑review workflows.
