Employee Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Employee Experience Coordinator will help shape a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace at Shebara Resort. Working within the Talent & Culture team, you will support initiatives that boost employee satisfaction, well‑being, and alignment with the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events and recognition programmes.
• Assist in organising social, wellness and team‑building initiatives.
• Coordinate employee celebrations, cultural campaigns and other special events.
• Gather and analyse employee feedback to continuously improve engagement efforts.
• Prepare and disseminate internal communications such as announcements, newsletters and notices.
• Maintain communication platforms that encourage employee feedback and participation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to engagement activities and general concerns.
• Assist the Talent & Culture team in monitoring feedback and escalating issues when necessary.
• Support coordination of employee accommodation, transportation and facilities‑related matters.
• Help ensure employee areas are well‑maintained, clean and meet company standards.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; basic computer literacy is sufficient.
