Employee Experience Specialist

About the role

As an Employee Experience Specialist you will work across all departments to create and launch disruptive software products. The role combines creativity with rigorous problem‑solving, requiring a proactive “get‑it‑done” attitude and strong customer‑relationship skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Qualify customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
• Deliver and master software demos for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Passion for software products.
• Excellent written English.
• Highly creative and autonomous.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Required skills

• Google Adwords experience.
• Experience writing online content.
• Strong analytical abilities.
