About the role

We are seeking a proactive Employer Services Specialist to build strong employer partnerships, connect Social Security beneficiaries with meaningful employment, and lead engagement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture partnerships with employers across diverse sectors.
• Connect Social Security beneficiaries with suitable job opportunities.
• Develop employer engagement initiatives, internships, and recruitment programs.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage employer relationships, gather market insights, and identify workforce opportunities.
• Monitor partnership outcomes, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in employer services, recruitment, business development, or workforce development.
• Proven experience in employer engagement, stakeholder management, and partnership development.
• Ability to travel for employer visits, networking events, and external engagements.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and employment services; experience with government‑funded programs is a plus.
