Endpoint Applications Specialist

About the role

Greenberg Traurig is seeking an Endpoint Applications Specialist to join its Technology Team at the Riyadh Regional Headquarters. The role focuses on evaluating, customizing, implementing, and supporting core endpoint applications across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, deploy, manage, and support assigned enterprise applications.
• Create project plans, set schedules, and execute application rollouts and upgrades.
• Conduct product and system analyses, testing, and present recommendations to management.
• Reconfigure or customize applications to meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, specialists, and system engineers to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Prepare documentation, including user and business requirements, and communicate updates.
• Maintain and enhance in‑house macros, customizations, and tools.
• Develop low‑code process flows using RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UIPath.
• Provide Tier 3/SME support for core applications and deliver presentations as needed.
