Engineer - KAU

About the role

The Engineer – KAU will support service operations at our Jeddah centre, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and productivity while aligning with the company’s vision, mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prepare business plans to meet operational and sales targets.
• Deliver efficient service with a “Guest First” mindset, following Jameel standards for Service Advisors.
• Implement safety, welfare, integrity and branding policies across the centre.
• Conduct pre‑acceptance vehicle inspections, record findings and confirm conditions with customers.
• Assist in achieving GDI goals and improve customer retention through professional engagement.
• Coordinate with the Chief Technician to ensure repairs meet customer expectations, from diagnostics to final inspection.
• Communicate repair details, cost estimates and delivery timelines to customers, obtaining approvals as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to manage manpower and facilities to achieve service targets.
• Limited authority to allocate discounts and supervise monthly sales targets.
• Strong adherence to standard operating procedures and company values.
