Engineering Administrative Assistant (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi‑national Engineering Administrative Assistant to support the engineering department of a luxury hotel in Ummahat Islands, Red Sea. The role involves reporting maintenance issues, coordinating with vendors, and handling documentation to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Report serious maintenance problems, safety hazards and unusual findings to the manager or supervisor immediately.
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise external vendors for large‑scale engineering issues such as air‑conditioning, internet and telephone services.
• Prepare, proofread and edit written documents including daily logs, business letters, memoranda and reports.
• Process requisitions, obtain manager approval and place orders with approved vendors.
• Communicate with guests and internal customers to resolve maintenance requests.
• Assist local authorities during emergencies or natural disasters.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computer systems or point‑of‑sale devices.
• Follow all company safety, security and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Some college education.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
