Engineering Apprentice – Systems Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineering Apprentice to join our multidisciplinary team in Riyadh. This position offers hands‑on experience in systems engineering, verification & validation, integration and IT communications, allowing you to contribute to complex technical projects while building core engineering competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support systems engineering activities such as requirements analysis, system design documentation and interface management.
• Assist in verification and validation by defining test cases, executing tests and documenting results.
• Participate in hardware and software integration, troubleshoot interoperability issues and support system‑level testing.
• Contribute to ITCOMs projects, helping with deployment, configuration and maintenance of communication and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical challenges and meet project milestones.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically for site integrations, testing or client visits.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of systems engineering principles, testing methodologies or IT/network concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with technical documentation tools such as Jira.
• Experience using Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.
