Engineering Manager (Infrastructure)

About the role

As the Engineering Manager you will act on behalf of the client to provide oversight, assurance, and technical input across all phases of the Design & Build contractor's delivery. Your contributions will ensure the project meets quality, safety, compliance and performance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the safe, on‑time and high‑quality delivery of infrastructure works.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with drawings, specifications and standards.
• Review submittals, RFIs, method statements and test plans.
• Participate in inspections, reviews and quality/safety audits.
• Report progress, issues and risks to the project leadership team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or HSE.
• 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure or secure projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations and international standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience supporting technical oversight, design review or quality control on government/defence projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
