Enterprise Architecture Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Architecture Manager will lead the design, implementation and governance of end‑to‑end architectural blueprints that support the bank’s product teams and infrastructure. This role ensures alignment between business needs and technology solutions while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and drive implementation of architectural blueprints across multiple technology domains, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Guide delivery leads and solution partners to create and validate solution architectures until go‑live.
• Provide architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle, from pre‑initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with business development and stakeholders to develop solution proposals and architecture options.
• Monitor team members on best practices, communicate enterprise‑wide issues, and define technical specifications for RFIs/RFPs.
• Organize and supervise team activities to ensure efficient execution and adherence to policies.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking IT architecture and banking operations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into IT systems and operations.
