Enterprise Communications Architect

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Communications Architect to work on site in Saudi Arabia. You will design and implement communication solutions for clients in the oil and energy sectors, building advanced communication infrastructures that improve operational efficiency and connectivity. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing architecture frameworks and ensuring communication systems work well across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable communication architectures in line with project requirements and industry standards.
• Lead enterprise communications architecture across data networks, transmission networks and satellite communications.
• Produce target reference designs, standards and roadmaps, and govern solution designs.
• Oversee the integration of communication technologies such as VoIP, data networks and satellite systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for communication systems and architectures.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and data protection standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members on communication technology and architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in communication architecture or a related role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex communication systems and infrastructures.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, VoIP technology and telecommunications systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
