Enterprise Cryptography & Key Management Specialist

About the role

Gramian Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Cryptography & Key Management Specialist to lead enterprise encryption and cryptographic control initiatives in a highly regulated environment. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits to the client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves close collaboration with security architecture, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support enterprise cryptography, encryption, PKI, and key management programs.
• Assess cryptographic controls, identify gaps, and drive remediation.
• Design, implement, and improve enterprise key management processes using HSMs and key management platforms.
• Review and maintain encryption algorithms, digital certificates, TLS, PKI, and tokenization controls.
• Develop and uphold cryptographic standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Collaborate on cryptographic transformation, crypto‑agility, and encryption modernization initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cryptography, PKI, HSM technologies, encryption, or enterprise key management.
• Strong understanding of security regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams.
• Willingness to travel to Riyadh for occasional onsite engagements.
