Enterprise Sales Associate – Prospector (Riyadh)

About the role

On behalf of our client, a leading global provider of enterprise business intelligence and data solutions, we are seeking a driven and results‑oriented Enterprise Sales Associate / Prospector to join their expanding commercial team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for an ambitious B2B sales professional with a strong hunter mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Market Prospecting: Identify, research, and target potential enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Outbound Engagement: Conduct structured outbound prospecting via direct outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, phone calls, and professional networking.
• Executive Presentations: Deliver impactful pitches and introduce tailored business intelligence / enterprise solutions to senior decision‑makers (C‑Level, VPs, Directors).
• Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent outreach cadences and manage pipeline health to drive predictable lead conversion.
• Deal Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Manager on proposal drafting, executive meeting execution, and closing opportunities.
• Account Nurturing: Support strategic account development and limited expansion/farming responsibilities (10–20%) as client relationships mature.
• Reporting & Tracking: Deliver concise weekly updates on outreach volumes, conversion metrics, and sales funnel activity.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales success, preferably in SaaS, corporate data solutions, management consulting, or enterprise software.
• Hunter profile with a track record of outbound lead generation and cold outreach.
• Native Arabic speaker with professional business fluency in English.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication abilities.
• Experience engaging major corporate or government/semi‑government accounts in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
