Enterprise Sales Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an elite Enterprise Sales Manager in Riyadh to bring our global payment infrastructure to Saudi Arabia’s largest enterprises. You will own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle, acting as a strategic advisor to C‑level executives while collaborating with our global internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and conquer top‑tier enterprise accounts, building a high‑value pipeline across key Saudi industries.
• Drive the adoption of our cross‑border payment solutions to major regional and global players.
• Orchestrate complex, multi‑layered enterprise sales cycles as the primary quarterback for internal stakeholders.
• Deliver data‑driven pitches and tailored proposals that solve complex local and international payment challenges.
• Partner with cross‑functional global teams to align our architecture with Saudi enterprise needs.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to shape product and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• 6+ years of elite Enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably in Payments or FinTech.
• Strong, active network of C‑level executives and strategic partners across Saudi Arabia.
• Deep understanding of the global e‑commerce landscape and cross‑border financial factors.
• Passion for disruptive technology and ability to explain complex payment architectures.
• Exceptional executive‑level communication, negotiation skills and mastery of modern sales methodologies.
• Highly organized, entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of exceeding aggressive sales targets.
