About the role
This remote, entry‑level position supports internal teams by handling day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks. It is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional eager to learn how modern, remote organizations operate.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to internal teams, including scheduling, calendar coordination and meeting preparation.
- Maintain and update internal documents, trackers and shared resources, and assist with onboarding coordination.
- Support basic reporting, data entry and record management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and propose improvements to streamline administrative processes and increase efficiency.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal requests, communicating clearly across remote teams.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations or support role (internships welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.
