Entry-Level Engineer – Real Estate Development (Saudi National)

About the role

The position is aimed at Saudi nationals under localization initiatives, offering a fresh graduate the chance to support engineering, site and administrative tasks within real‑estate development and construction projects at OSUS.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents and coordinating site activities.
• Monitor construction progress, prepare reports and verify compliance with standards.
• Participate in inspections, measurements, quality and safety reviews.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities on project matters.
• Support planning, scheduling, quantity take‑offs and HSE activities as required.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
• Help the Project Delivery team track work execution and ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Contribute to Technical Office tasks such as preparing technical documents and resolving engineering issues.
• Assist the PMO in tracking performance indicators, preparing progress reports and documenting lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical or a related field.
• Fresh graduate.
• Saudi national.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation and willingness to learn.
