EOC Team Lead

About the role

The EOC Team Lead will oversee the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and ensure 24x7 monitoring of the IT infrastructure. This role involves coordinating multiple technical teams to maintain service continuity and resolve critical incidents efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EOC operations and coordinate 24x7 IT infrastructure monitoring.
• Manage technical teams, allocate resources, set schedules, and drive team development.
• Direct major and critical incident resolution, including root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate Server, Network, Client Platform, Security, and Infrastructure teams during major incidents.
• Monitor alerts, handle escalation, disaster recovery, service restoration, and maintenance activities.
• Oversee planned changes, testing, and operational activities while maintaining procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with service management, vendors, and other technical groups.
• Participate in on‑call support for critical incidents as required.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, EOC or Infrastructure Operations.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple technologies.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore depending on project needs.
