EPC Project Manager – Water Infrastructure (Aramco Approved)

About the role

The client, a leading Saudi engineering and construction group, seeks an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead a SAR 700 million water infrastructure project in Ras Tanura. The role covers full end‑to‑end responsibility from mobilisation through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and final hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for successful delivery of the EPC project from mobilisation to hand‑over.
• Lead and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Define and manage the project execution strategy, programme, budget and resources.
• Control project cost, schedule, quality, HSE, risk and commercial performance.
• Oversee critical‑path and long‑lead equipment procurement.
• Manage multidisciplinary construction execution across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, process and E&I disciplines.
• Plan and execute tie‑ins, shutdowns, isolations and SIMOPS within existing facilities.
• Lead subcontractor, supplier, consultant and stakeholder management, including variations, claims and contractual issues.

Required profile

• Recent experience as a Project Manager (or equivalent) on large EPC projects, preferably Saudi Aramco‑approved.
• Demonstrated responsibility for full project lifecycle – mobilisation, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Proven ability to manage overall project budget, schedule and risk.
• Experience handling multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial acumen – contracts, variations, claims and cost recovery.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications and HSE requirements.
