ERP Transformation Lead

About the role

Rawafid is looking for an experienced ERP Transformation Lead to steer a company‑wide ERP program. The role will redesign business processes and ensure the integrated ERP platform is deployed across commercial, engineering, procurement, finance, project controls and construction functions. You will work closely with senior leadership, department heads and implementation partners to deliver sustainable transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the ERP transformation strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead redesign, standardisation and optimisation of business processes across all departments.
• Ensure seamless integration of commercial, engineering, procurement, finance and operational processes within the ERP solution.
• Establish governance frameworks for master data, coding structures and approval workflows.
• Gather business requirements, perform process mapping and gap analysis to guide ERP design.
• Review and approve functional designs, dashboards, reports and security roles.
• Oversee data cleansing, migration, validation and cut‑over activities.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end‑to‑end business validation.
• Develop and execute change‑management and training programmes, including a Super User network.
• Monitor risks, issues and progress, reporting to the ERP Steering Committee and preparing executive dashboards.
• Lead post‑go‑live stabilization, user adoption monitoring and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading large‑scale ERP implementations in an EPC or similar environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence executive leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in business process redesign and governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and change‑management capabilities.
