ERP/MES/DMS Officer

About the role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is looking for a technically capable ERP/MES/DMS Officer to join the Design Engineering Division. Reporting to the 3D Modeling Engineer, you will support, maintain and optimise the company’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Manufacturing Execution System and Document Management System, driving digital transformation across manufacturing and engineering processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Production and HR.
• Integrate ERP with the MES for real‑time production monitoring and configure related workflows, reports and dashboards.
• Maintain the Document Management System, controlling engineering drawings, design records and technical documentation.
• Gather business requirements from cross‑functional teams and implement system solutions.
• Train end‑users on ERP and MES functionalities and coordinate with external vendors for upgrades and support.
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, compliance with IT policies and change‑control procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Provide technical support for product documentation across factory sites.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, preferably in Supply Chain and Production modules.
• Strong knowledge of MES integration and manufacturing process flows.
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Awareness of API standards for casting and forging design is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
