Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our Riyadh office. The role focuses on preparing accurate Bill of Quantities, supporting tender processes and ensuring cost‑effective solutions for construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify and restructure Bill of Quantities (BOQs) against architectural specifications and drawings to identify gaps or discrepancies.
• Conduct tender analysis, technical reviews and pre‑contract subcontractor and vendor management.
• Perform costing, value engineering and risk assessments for upcoming projects.
• Assist the Tender Director in finalising tender submission files, securing bid bonds and managing post‑tender clarifications and negotiations up to contract award.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural tendering, estimation, quantity surveying or pre‑contract activities.
• Proven track record working with contractors in tendering and bidding environments.
• Experience with building, commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed‑use or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) for extracting quantities directly from CAD layouts and 3D models.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office suite.
