Excavator Operator

About the role

ABIS is looking for a skilled Excavator Operator to join its construction and oil & gas projects in Al Jubail. The operator runs excavators for earthmoving work such as digging, trenching and material handling, following safety rules and project specifications. The role needs attention to detail, mechanical aptitude and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators for excavation, trenching and material handling.
• Carry out pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the excavator.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Work with site supervisors and others to keep the workflow efficient.
• Report equipment problems or hazards to maintenance or management.
• Keep the excavator clean and in good condition.

Required profile

• Valid excavator operator certification or relevant license preferred; Saudi license preferred.
• Proven experience operating excavators in construction, oil & gas or related fields.
• Knowledge of excavation safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in challenging conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork, attention to detail and commitment to safety.
