Executive Assistant to Managing Director (KSA)

About the role

AWS is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide one‑on‑one support to the Managing Director in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted partner, handling confidential information, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of team events and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex VP calendar across multiple time zones, including occasional coverage for other executives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
• Organize and execute team activities, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and employee engagement events.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support ad‑hoc project coordination and drive continuous improvement in team processes.

Required profile

• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with senior leaders and global partners.
• Proactive mindset, able to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
