Executive Chef (Pre-opening)

About the role

As the Executive Chef for the pre‑opening of Hilton Dammam Airport, you will lead all culinary operations, setting the standards for food quality, service and profitability. You will shape the kitchen culture and create memorable dining experiences for guests from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all culinary operations, overseeing preparation, production, presentation and cost control of hotel meals.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director to design new menus and individual items reflecting current trends and regional tastes.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback, resolve concerns and continuously improve the dining experience.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, forecast and report to meet financial targets.
• Optimize kitchen systems, processes and workflows for efficient, smooth operations.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing culinary team through performance management and training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader, preferably in hotel pre‑opening environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest‑focused mindset.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs and drive profitability.
• Commitment to food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
