Executive Secretary

About the role

The Executive Secretary supports the CEO of Jadeer Logistics Services Company by managing daily schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives. This high‑visibility position requires discretion, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
• Prepare, review, and format executive‑level documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Organize board and leadership meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
• Manage incoming communications, prioritize messages, and draft responses as needed.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries, handle visas, accommodations, and expense reporting.
• Monitor strategic tasks and project deadlines on behalf of the CEO.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate governance protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Executive Support Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C‑level executives, preferably in logistics or large corporate environments.
• Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
