Experienced HR and Administration Specialist

About the role

STYRO 3D is seeking an experienced HR and Administration Specialist to manage day‑to‑day HR operations in Riyadh. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth, compliant workforce administration and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily HR administrative activities, maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, renewals, transfers, resignations and off‑boarding procedures.
• Follow up on Iqama, work permits, visas, sponsorship transfers and related government procedures.
• Maintain and monitor Saudi government HR platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad) and ensure timely renewals of employee documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, salary certificates, warnings and other HR documentation.
• Support payroll preparation with accurate attendance, deductions, overtime and leave data.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and coordinate staffing requirements with the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in HR administration within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HR procedures and government platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple employee files, deadlines and government requirements simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/ERP systems.
