Experienced Waitress – Premium Dining (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, confident and guest‑focused waitress to join our premium dining team for a six‑month seasonal contract. You will lead a designated service section, ensuring every guest receives personalised, attentive service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service in line with restaurant standards.
• Take ownership of a dining section, welcoming guests, presenting menus and recommending dishes, beverages and specials.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system, coordinating with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests promptly and resolve concerns professionally.
• Lead, mentor and support junior waiters and food runners, assisting with training and coaching.
• Maintain table settings, reset stations and process guest bills efficiently.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards while maintaining impeccable personal presentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a waitress or senior waitress in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or fine‑dining venue.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Warm, engaging and professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Outgoing, confident and charismatic personality.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service and ability to upsell effectively.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
