Facilities Manager – Airports

About the role

Enova by Veolia is seeking a Facilities Manager for airport sites in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer, subcontractor and supplier relationship management while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Airport experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement site operations strategy aligned with corporate vision and KSA business unit goals.
• Lead the Facilities and Operations team, set objectives, manage performance and motivate staff.
• Assist the Contracts Manager in overseeing maintenance contracts, preventive and corrective programs for BMS, chillers, generators, HVAC and related systems.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, tenants and contractors to ensure compliance with HSEEQ, administration and public relations requirements.
• Manage customer expectations, handle escalations from the call centre and conduct site tours to gather feedback.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, conduct audits and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Develop and enforce division policies, procedures and controls, including health, safety, environment and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s in Management or Facilities Management is a plus.
• 10‑12+ years of operations management experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven exposure to maintenance and facilities management covering planning, HSEEQ, supplier and client relations, and contract administration.
• Experience in airport environments is highly desirable.
