Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. The role ensures assets run efficiently, safely, and cost‑effectively while delivering high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day facility operations including maintenance, security, cleaning and landscaping across residential and commercial sites.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to maximise reliability and asset longevity.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable, cost‑effective solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop facility and maintenance teams to achieve high‑quality performance.
• Establish and standardise operational processes and procedures for maintenance and facility workflows.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, service contracts and vendor performance.
• Contribute to cost studies for new projects and support handovers, fit‑outs and renovations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards and promote energy‑efficiency and sustainability practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management or property operations, preferably with a real‑estate developer.
• Experience managing multi‑floor commercial buildings, large outdoor plazas and residential properties.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with Odoo maintenance, projects or facility modules (advantageous).
• Professional certifications such as FMP or equivalent (advantageous).
