Facilities Officer

About the role

The Facilities Officer will be responsible for maintaining the condition and safety of all company centres across Saudi Arabia. This role involves regular inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring that cleaning and operational standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor overall facility condition.
• Receive, assess, and follow up on maintenance requests, defining the required scope of work.
• Coordinate with contractors, obtain approvals, and supervise execution of electrical, mechanical, and civil works.
• Verify quality of completed work, review certificates, and submit for final approval.
• Monitor cleaning activities, staff performance, and ensure availability of cleaning and pantry supplies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and observation records and provide periodic reports.
• Support onboarding of new centres into the facilities management framework.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and promptly report any hazards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven experience supervising contractors and managing electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance tasks.
• Strong knowledge of facility safety, maintenance procedures and operational requirements.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and follow tasks to closure.
• Excellent coordination, communication and priority‑management skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
