Facilities Operations Manager

About the role

KitchenPark is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee facility management, inventory control, and process optimisation while supporting cross‑functional teams to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operation of processing centres across all shifts.
• Lead training sessions and meetings for processing staff.
• Perform general handy‑person duties and coordinate with the Property Manager on facility work.
• Address facility, technology, and space issues for licensees, including liaising with OFOS.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to prepare licensees for large orders or spikes.
• Manage ZenDesk tickets from opening to closure.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in kitchens and processing areas.
• Audit inventory, place replenishment orders, and conduct storage audits.
• Review KPI metrics, contribute to goal setting, and report to facility management.
• Coach shift leads, fill in staffing gaps, and support P&L analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of operations management experience, preferably in logistics, fulfillment or food processing.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing multi‑shift teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities for facility, inventory and process issues.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in multi‑site operations and familiarity with kitchen or food‑processing environments.
