Facilities Specialist

About the role

The Facilities Specialist will manage and coordinate employee and labor accommodation services at Majd Yanbu Industrial Company, ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, well‑equipped and maintained according to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage labor accommodation operations, including room allocation, check‑in/out, occupancy monitoring and record‑keeping.
• Ensure availability, proper condition and maintenance of accommodation facilities, furniture, equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate daily catering and meal services based on resident numbers and requirements.
• Supervise cleaning staff, handling task allocation, schedules, attendance and performance.
• Follow up on maintenance works, repairs and facility‑related issues until resolution.
• Monitor accommodation‑related supplies, services and costs for efficient resource use.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on accommodation, occupancy, cleaning and catering.
• Address accommodation requests, concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution with relevant departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities management, industrial labor accommodation, residential compound management or support services.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment requiring field supervision, coordination and multitasking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
