Facility Management Trainer

About the role

The Facility Management Trainer will join the National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management (FHM) in Dammam. This full‑time, on‑site position involves designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes that meet industry standards and FHM’s curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and training materials aligned with industry standards.
• Lead classroom and practical sessions for facility management learners.
• Assess learner performance through assignments, tests and hands‑on evaluations.
• Provide coaching, feedback and support to promote professional development.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with other instructors and management to update course content and integrate best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training programmes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate learner performance.
• Excellent communication abilities for clear instruction, feedback and collaboration.
• Customer‑service orientation to support learner success and foster a positive training environment.
• Proven training experience in facility management or related fields, including curriculum delivery and instructional design.
• Background in management development, coaching or mentoring professionals in operational or technical roles.
• Relevant academic qualification in Facility Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in facilities operations or maintenance (highly preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Dammam and conduct both classroom and hands‑on training sessions.
