Factory Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Factory Shift Supervisor will oversee all production activities during the night and day shifts at Nestlé Waters KSA’s Almanhal Water Factory in Jeddah Industrial Area. This role ensures smooth operations, controls shift activities, and upholds safety standards throughout the working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the operation, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, procedures, and providing coaching, training, and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a professional and high‑quality service‑oriented environment at all times.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the manager, handling complaints, problem‑solving, disturbances, special requests, and other issues.
• Oversee night and/or day shift operations, ensuring employees perform assigned tasks and coordinating front‑office activities with other departments.
• Adhere to Nestlé EHS rules and procedures during working hours to ensure personal and team safety.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience with demonstrated capability to lead a larger group.
• Good computer skills and ability to perform data entry accurately.
