Family Medicine Specialist – Home Healthcare

About the role

Amer Care Home Healthcare is looking for a Family Medicine Specialist to deliver high‑quality medical care to patients in their homes across Jeddah. The role involves conducting home visits, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical assessments during home visits.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness.
• Review laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Coordinate patient care with nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide health education and preventive care recommendations to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Saudi Board or equivalent qualification in Family Medicine.
• Valid SCFHS registration and professional classification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home‑healthcare setting.
• Experience in home healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid driving licence is preferred.
