About the role

The Fashion Consultant for Guess at Al Othaim Mall will deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales performance. You will use both physical and digital channels to engage shoppers, ensuring a seamless and consistent service across the omnichannel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Utilise omnichannel tools to connect with customers anytime, anywhere.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing deep knowledge of Guess and current fashion trends.
• Communicate the brand’s values and philosophy in every customer interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high‑standard retail environment.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in fashion retail or a related sales role.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail concepts.
• Passion for fashion, styling and luxury brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
