Fashion Consultant – Luxury Retail (Jeddah Mall)

About the role

Join a leading luxury retailer as a Fashion Consultant, representing the Jacquemus brand at Jawharat, Jeddah Mall. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales targets and supporting key customer‑centric initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX and other customer‑focused initiatives in‑store.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide pre‑buying feedback on products and promote the loyalty programme (MUSE).
• Drive eNPS through people‑experience initiatives and uphold the brand culture.
• Ensure compliance with visual‑merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Manage click‑and‑collect processes within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and social‑media campaign awareness.
• Drive sell‑throughs and contribute input on store performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury fashion brand.
• Intermediate to fluent English language proficiency.
