Fashion Consultant – The Deal – Localizer (Riyadh)

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for The Deal at Chalhoub Group in Riyadh, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales across physical and digital channels. You will act as a brand ambassador, leveraging deep fashion knowledge to connect with customers anytime, anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy in all customer interactions.
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while adhering to sales and operational policies.
• Maintain and analyse customer purchasing patterns to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment and new‑customer acquisition.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, social media campaigns, product launches and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, able to engage customers through both store and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for style.
